The Royal Air Force Museum is recruiting for the role of Assistant Curator - Visual Media and Archives based at our London site and working across our Visual Media and Archive collections. This will be a permanent appointment. This is a key role within the Collections and Research team. You will report to the Curator of Photographs and work closely with the wider Curatorial and Exhibition teams on projects across all our sites.
Responsibilities:
- Document, catalogue and research the Collections
- Answer requests for information from Museum colleagues and external enquirers
- Support the development of content for use in our exhibitions
- Create content for our audiences
- Travel between sites and to other locations as required
