Responsibilities:

  • Give the pilot real-time access to comprehensive battle-space information, and the ability to share sensor data, and actionable information.
  • Ensure the high performance of aircraft radar, communication, reconnaissance and target acquisition equipment.
  • Repair on-board technologies that select, arm and release weapons.
  • Maintain the systems that generate and distribute electricity on aircraft.
  • Provide engineering support to aircraft systems that are operated whilst in flight, or provide aircraft engineering support when the aircraft is deployed.
  • Travel overseas to support RAF aircraft and equipment on operations and exercises.

This role will be located anywhere in the UK on an RAF Station and includes the potential of overseas service during exercises/operations.
