Responsibilities:
- Work in the museum shop and Flight Zone, delivering excellent customer service, supporting retail sales and admissions processes.
- Prepare, monitor and operate simulators/4D experience and other commercial attractions.
- Serve customers at the sales counter and manage stock receipt, checking and movement.
- Provide high standards of customer care through proactive engagement with visitors.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills, friendly attitude and ability to multi‑task.
- Previous retail or customer‑facing experience.
- Team player and keen to learn new skills.
- Enthusiastic about presenting the Museum and RAF stories to visitors.
Other information:
- Regular weekend working, evenings and bank holidays.
