The Royal Agricultural University (RAU), nestled in the heart of the Cotswolds, is seeking an ambitious and experienced UK Student Recruitment Manager to lead our home student recruitment and conversion strategy. This is your opportunity to make a real differencedriving undergraduate and postgraduate recruitment, managing high-profile events, and building meaningful relationships with schools, colleges, and prospective students across the UK.
What youll do:
- Lead the planning and delivery of open days, offer holder events, and national recruitment fairs.
- Manage and inspire the UK Student Recruitment Officer.
- Oversee our CRM system to enhance the student journey and boost conversion.
- Collaborate with academic teams and external partners to deliver engaging, targeted recruitment activity.
- Represent RAU at key events and be the face of our recruitment efforts.
