About the role
As Head of Marketing, you will provide strategic leadership and creative direction for the RAU’s marketing activity. Working closely with the Student Recruitment Team, you will bring cohesion and impact to how the University presents itself across all channels, helping to strengthen our brand, elevate our profile, and support ambitious recruitment targets.

You will be confident working with creative and media agencies, delivering campaigns that perform and resonate. You’ll also have experience using CMS platforms and an understanding of accessibility, usability, and user‑focused design. Experience in higher education is an advantage, but not essential. What matters most is your ability to lead, inspire, innovate, and deliver.
