The Royal Agricultural University (RAU) has been at the forefront of agricultural education for 180 years and is globally renowned for its links with industry and courses that are designed to meet the demands of the changing land-based sector.
The Academic Quality Casework Manager will oversee the operational delivery of formal student casework, including academic appeals, complaints, academic misconduct and breaches of the student terms and conditions, in accordance with University policies and procedures and sector guidance. They will have line-management responsibility for the Academic Quality Officer (Casework).
The successful applicant will have experience of managing complex casework and the application of complex regulations. They will report to the Head of Academic Quality and will contribute to the work of the Quality team and wider Academic Services Directorate, as required.
