  • Salary for individuals 21 years and over: £12.71 per hour; for individuals 20 years and under: £10.85 per hour plus 12.07% holiday pay.
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, with flexible finish times and 30‑minute morning break and 30‑minute unpaid lunch break.
  • Term: Temporary, seasonal, variable hours – approximately two days of picking expected each season, with exact dates confirmed about a week in advance. Flexibility is essential.
