An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Service Delivery Team for a Campaign Co-ordinator who will be responsible for the administration and development of RABI’s grant campaigns.
Key Purpose
To provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Service Delivery Team, ensuring the effective coordination of meetings, reporting, training, correspondence, complaints management, and team activity.
The post holder will contribute to the smooth and effective running of Service Delivery operations, supporting managers and colleagues through high-quality administration, accurate data management, and effective organisational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate, compile, and present management information, data, and reports as requested by the Service Co-ordinator Manager and Senior Service Delivery Manager.
- Schedule, coordinate, and organise internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation, minute taking, and follow-up actions.
- Coordinate Service Delivery training activity, including researching suitable external training opportunities and arranging bookings.
- Support the organisation of Service Delivery away days, workshops, engagement sessions, and team development events.
- Liaise with HR to support sickness monitoring, absence reporting, and analysis of workforce trends within the Service Delivery function.
- Draft, proofread, and distribute correspondence, documents, and communications on behalf of the Service Delivery Team.
- Maintain oversight of external complaints, ensuring complaints are logged, acknowledged, allocated, monitored, and resolved appropriately.
- Maintain accurate filing systems, records, trackers, and databases in line with organisational standards.
- Manage document control and version management processes, ensuring confidentiality and compliance requirements are met.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistical arrangements for Service Delivery staff where required.
- Act as a central administrative contact point for the wider Service Delivery Team.
- Support continuous improvement activity by identifying opportunities to improve administrative processes and systems.
- Provide wider administrative support and cover across the Service Delivery function when required.

Person Specification
Essential
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Experience of producing reports and managing data accurately.
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point.
- Experience coordinating meetings and producing accurate minutes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise workloads and manage competing deadlines.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Professional, proactive, and solution-focused approach.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
Desirable
- Experience working within an operational or service delivery environment.
