Based in central London adjacent to Regent’s Park, we have been training musicians to the highest professional standards since 1822.
We are seeking a Student Lifecycle Administrator to join our Registry team.
The Registry plays a pivotal role in central student administration, by dealing with students from the point of application through to graduation.
The Registry is also responsible for organising performance examinations, managing marks and feedback, international student exchanges, advising on fee status and visa requirements, disbursing scholarships and bursaries, and completing data returns for organisations such as the Office for Students.
You will also support your Registry colleagues to deliver core business activities at key points in the year such as the annual auditions, summer examinations and graduation.
The successful candidate will have experience of assisting the public/students in a customer service environment alongside previous office administration.
We require a candidate with the ability to work well under pressure whilst always maintaining good customer service and attention to detail.
