We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to play a leading role in the Academy’s policy programmes work. Joining the Policy Programmes team within the Policy and International Directorate, you will help connect policymakers with engineering expertise and systems thinking to address complex policy and delivery challenges across government.
Drawing on your understanding of the UK policy landscape, you will lead the design and delivery of high-quality policy fellowships, systems-based programmes, workshops and events that strengthen capability across government. Working closely with senior policymakers, Academy Fellows and expert partners, you will build trusted relationships that shape programme content, maximise impact and ensure our work remains relevant to government priorities.
You will oversee programme planning, budgets, evaluation and stakeholder engagement, while supporting the continued evolution of our policy fellowships and systems offer. As you further develop programmes and partnerships, you will play an important role in positioning the Academy as a trusted partner to government and a leader in applying engineering-informed systems approaches to public policy.
If you enjoy designing impactful programmes, working with senior stakeholders and translating complex ideas into practical solutions, this is an exciting opportunity to help influence policy thinking and delivery across government.
