We’re looking for a proactive, highly organised People Officer to join our People Team within Operations. You’ll provide high‑quality HR administration and first‑line advice to managers and employees, helping keep our people processes accurate, timely and consistent across the organisation.
You’ll support the employee lifecycle (offers and contracts, onboarding, changes, and leavers), coordinate recruitment administration, manage HR system records (Iris Cascade), and assist with payroll changes, family leave and learning and development administration.
You’ll bring previous HR/People administration experience, excellent attention to detail and communication skills, and confidence using Microsoft Office/Teams and HR systems; a CIPD Level 3 qualification and note‑taking experience are desirable.
