We are looking for a new member of the digital communications team to manage the Academy’s social media channels and create and schedule digital multimedia content across the Academy.

This is a key role in the digital communications team, with oversight of the Academy’s externally facing social media channels. While leading on the delivery of content through our social channels, you will play an important part in positioning the Academy as a thought leader and engaging new and existing audiences with our work.

  • Coordinate with colleagues across the directorate to ensure our social channels are used effectively.
  • Provide expertise and guidance to colleagues, own systems and workflows, and develop content templates.
  • Ensure quality control for our social content.
  • Run social media campaigns and activity, writing excellent copy and creating high quality visuals.
  • Evaluate success and report on analytics regularly for departmental performance metrics.
  • Use insights and evaluations to continuously optimise outputs and performance.
  • Create graphics and some video content as needed.

Our light, spacious head office is based in a fantastic location in central London with views over St James’s Park and close to the West End. We operate hybrid, flexible working practices with a baseline for office based working of a mandatory weekly team day plus further days each week as required for the role and the Academy.
