The HE Courses Coordinator (Widening Participation) plays a key role in the smooth delivery of our higher education programmes, with a particular focus on our Technical Theatre Arts and MA Theatre Lab courses. You will coordinate day-to-day course administration, support assessment processes, maintain student records, and act as a central point of contact for students and academic staff.

Alongside core coordination duties, you will contribute to widening participation initiatives by supporting outreach activities, access events, and programmes designed to broaden engagement with drama training. The role also includes providing first-line student support, organising key academic processes and committees, and helping to enhance the overall student experience.

You will join our busy Student and Academic Services department, working closely with another Course Coordinator and the HE Courses Manager, the Access Participation Lead and academic colleagues across all programmes. Our small, but efficient, team plays a vital role in supporting students throughout their academic journey, ensuring a high-quality educational experience from enrolment to graduation.
