Based at our stunning headquarters in Battersea, you will play a key role in enabling our people and managers to do their best work in an inclusive and supportive environment. This is a visible People Partner role where you will have the opportunity to shape culture, build capability, and influence inclusion across a global organisation. What you’ll be doing

  • Lead on complex employee relations cases with confidence, fairness, and sound judgement.
  • Partner closely with managers to build their capability and ensure consistency and best practice across the organisation.
  • Deliver practical, learning and coaching solutions that support organisational goals.
  • Support engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion initiatives, helping to create a positive and supportive workplace culture.
  • Contribute to policy development, ensure compliance with relevant legislation, and support the delivery of our equality, diversity, and inclusion priorities.

What you’ll bring

  • Experienced HR professional, ideally CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualified or with equivalent experience, with a strong background in employee relations, learning and coaching.
  • Comfortable working with managers at all levels with a pragmatic and solutions‑focused approach.
  • Sound knowledge of UK employment law.
  • Confident managing a varied and fast‑paced workload, demonstrating sound judgement and a practical mindset.
  • A genuine passion for fostering inclusion and building a positive workplace culture.
