Great opportunity for a Lead Marketing Campaigns Executive working at our global headquarters. The Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) is a global leader in dance education and training. Our mission is to inspire the world to dance. With a brand new purpose-built global headquarters in Wandsworth / Battersea, London, the RAD has a presence in 85 countries and 36 offices around the world. Established in 1920, the RAD was granted a Royal Charter in 1935. The RAD is a registered charity, a higher education establishment and an awarding body.
Responsibilities
- Leading the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns for events and initiatives across multiple departments at the RAD.
- Leading the execution of projects and monitoring and reporting on results.
- Managing customer data and marketing preferences (in line with GDPR) to ensure the RAD is achieving maximum marketing impact.
Ideal candidate
- Experience in planning and managing integrated marketing plans, utilising project management tools.
- Strong customer-oriented approach, and familiarity with serving internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
- An understanding of how marketing connects directly to revenue.
- A can-do attitude and the ability to easily work with others.
