About the role

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Examinations Results and Certification Administrator for a one-year fixed term contract to join our busy Examinations department. In this vital support role, you will be responsible for ensuring that examination results from across the world are processed, checked, and finalised accurately and on time. You will also play a key role in the printing and distribution of our examination certificates and medals, acting as a key point of contact for examiners, teachers, and distributors.

Key Responsibilities

Data Processing & Accuracy: Review global examinations data, proactively identifying and resolving any issues or inconsistencies with examiners and teachers.

Systems Management: Extract assigned exam marks via our marking app software and ensure they are accurately uploaded to our bespoke Parnassus database.

Certification & Distribution: Generate, prepare, and supply certification print files to our distributors, troubleshooting any technical or delivery issues as they arise.

Query Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for customer service queries regarding results, certificates, and medals via phone and shared team inboxes.

Administration & Tracking: Maintain and update tracking spreadsheets to monitor the status of exam tours, assist with historic result requests, and input Special Consideration marks as directed.

What we are looking for

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

Previous administrative experience, ideally within an examination results processing environment or a similar high-volume data handling role.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and bespoke database software, with excellent accuracy in data entry and checking.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, alongside strong customer service skills for handling phone and email queries.

Outstanding organisational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to manage time effectively, prioritise tight deadlines, and maintain meticulous attention to detail.

A positive, collaborative approach with the ability to work within a team while taking initiative and making decisions within set guidelines.
