What you’ll be doing:
- Lead complex employee relations cases with confidence, fairness, and sound judgement.
- Partner closely with managers to build their capability and ensure consistency and best practice across the organisation.
- Deliver practical learning and coaching solutions that support organisational goals.
- Support engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion initiatives to create a positive and supportive workplace culture.
- Contribute to policy development, ensure compliance with relevant legislation, and support the delivery of our equality, diversity, and inclusion priorities.
What you’ll bring:
- Experienced HR professional, ideally CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualified or with equivalent experience, with a strong background in employee relations, learning, and coaching.
- Comfortable working with managers at all levels and able to bring a pragmatic and solutions‑focused approach to work.
- Sound knowledge of UK employment law, confident managing a varied and fast‑paced workload, and demonstrating sound judgement and a practical mindset.
- Genuine passion for fostering inclusion and building a positive workplace culture.
