This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of Musical Theatre training. We are calling out for passionate, experienced practitioners to join our team as Musical Theatre Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Tutors. We’re looking for individuals who can deliver specialist training in singing, acting and/or dance. The ability to teach more than one discipline would be advantageous. If you’re driven by excellence in the performing arts and inspired by developing others, we’d love to hear from you.

About You

  • In-depth knowledge and passion of the musical theatre genre, its history, context and current practices.
  • Experienced educator and/or performer in the field of musical theatre and/or associated performing arts genres.
  • Excellent communication and effective interpersonal skills.
  • A team player who works collaboratively to increase the knowledge and skills of dance teachers in the musical theatre field.

Key Dates

  • Stage two of the application process will consist of a video submission. Further guidance will be provided, and footage will be due by 5 May 2026.
  • Stage three of the application process will be an interview, commencing May 2026.
  • Successful applicants must be available for training at RAD’s headquarters in London on 24 – 26 June 2026.
