About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic, customer-service focused individual with Tessitura experience to support the Ticketing & Membership Sales and Services (TMSS) team.
- Accommodate the needs of Members and Visitors from the box offices, Friends desk at Burlington House and Burlington Gardens, and the onsite contact centre handling telephone calls and emails.
- Provide clear information on programmes, events and exhibitions, and serve as the first point of contact for ticketing, pricing queries and membership enquiries.
- Collaborate with the Welcome team to deliver a warm welcome, proactive assistance and clear information to all visitors and staff.
About You
- First-class customer-facing skills with the ability to deal with a wide range of people.
- Adaptable, friendly, helpful, and able to provide a warm welcome and proactive assistance.
- Working knowledge of Tessitura or a similar CRM database.
- Demonstrated genuine interest in people and capacity to engage with a high volume of visitors.
- Passion for contributing to the RA’s story; an art or curatorial background is not essential.
