The Vacancy

The Summer Exhibition Assistant role at Royal Academy of Arts offers 3 fixed‑term contracts: 18 months, 8 months, and 4 months.

About This Role

As a key part of London’s art calendar, the Summer Exhibition is the largest open contemporary show in the world. Your support will cover all aspects of the exhibition’s organisation, delivery, and sales throughout 2026.

About You

You are a friendly, customer‑service focused team player with excellent communication skills. Computer literacy, database knowledge, and an eye for detail are essential. Sales experience is advantageous. Demonstrable knowledge of the Summer Exhibition and the RA ethos is highly valued. The role may require working outside normal hours, including morning and evening events.
