RESERVATIONS & SALES ADVISOR

WHAT WE EXPECT:
- Responsible for handling inbound enquiries and managing our bookings systems
- Communicating with our clientele daily via phone/email/social media platforms.
- Meeting customer needs and maximising venue earning potential.
- Working alongside the venue and operations team to ensure clear communication
- Delving into pro-active sales and outreach when required to identify and contact potential corporate customers
- Based at The Office, LS16 - You must be able to reliably commute
WHAT YOU GET:
