Responsibilities
- Ensure we are delivering the best experience for our guests on every visit.
- Have an input on delivering the quarterly business plans.
- Lead by example through training, coaching and developing a winning team.
- Manage a P&L to meet financial targets and expectations.
- Manage safety, security and licensing aspects of the business.
- Manage the guest experience platform to improve service and standards.
- Maintain a fun and engaging culture using Brand Standards and Company Ethos.
- Conduct monthly reviews with all team members encouraging their growth and development.
- Ensure service standards and duty management are upheld throughout operating hours.
- Be an industry expert in all areas of duty management.

- 45 hour working week across 5 shifts.
- Expected to be available to work weekends and public holidays.
- Expected to have a reliable commute to work.

- Liaising with all departments of the Professionals At Play business including marketing, sales, finance, operations and maintenance.
