A Legal 500 ranked national law firm is looking for a Legal PA to join a specialist team in Bristol. This is a varied, fast-paced role supporting a highly regarded team of fee earners — with a genuine opportunity to grow into a lead or supervisory position over time. You'll be joining the Succession & Tax team, working closely with a small group of specialist fee earners in a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Role

  • Delivering high quality secretarial and administrative support to fee earners
  • Managing complex diaries and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Drafting, amending and maintaining precedent letters and house style documents
  • Matter setup and compliance with internal procedures
  • Communicating professionally with clients and stakeholders on behalf of fee earners

About You

Some Legal PA or legal secretarial experience within a professional services environment is preferred, though the firm is open to strong candidates from other sectors with excellent secretarial and administrative skills. Previous experience in private client, succession or tax matters is advantageous but not essential.

You will bring:
