Roxwell Talent is working with a well-regarded, London law firm (c.1000 people) to appoint an HR Systems Administrator on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The firm operates across private capital, M&A, and disputes, and has a strong reputation for complex, high-value work.
You'll join a busy HR Operations team, sitting alongside an HR Systems & Processes Manager and one other Systems Administrator. The focus of the role is HR data management, firm-wide reporting, and the ongoing development of the firm's HRIS platform (Cascade).
What you'll be doing:
- Managing day-to-day HR data and firm-wide reporting requirements
- Supporting the development and maintenance of the HRIS (Cascade)
- Designing and building automated end-to-end workflows within the system
- Creating complex Excel reports and presenting data to stakeholders
- Troubleshooting system issues and working with the vendor to find solutions
- Supporting annual pay gap reporting and salary review processes
- Contributing to continuous improvement across the HR function
What we're looking for:
- Minimum one year of HRIS or systems administration experience, ideally gained in a professional services or legal environment
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office 365
- Prior experience with HR information systems (Cascade experience a bonus)
- Methodical, detail-oriented approach with strong prioritisation skills
- Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels
- Pragmatic problem-solver with a can-do attitude
