This is an opportunity to join an established Commercial team, working alongside experienced lawyers on a broad range of matters for an impressive client base.
The role will involve:
- Supporting solicitors on commercial contracts and transactions.
- Assisting with drafting and reviewing commercial agreements.
- Undertaking legal research and preparing documentation.
- Supporting matters involving technology, data protection and wider commercial arrangements.
- Working collaboratively with lawyers across different sectors.
What we're looking for:
We are particularly interested in candidates with previous commercial paralegal experience gained within a law firm, ideally involving commercial contracts, technology or data protection.
You'll need strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and the confidence to work independently while supporting a busy legal team.
