Roxwell Talent is working with a well-regarded, London law firm (c.1000 people) to appoint an HR Systems Administrator on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The firm operates across private capital, M&A, and disputes, and has a strong reputation for complex, high-value work.
You'll join a busy HR Operations team, sitting alongside an HR Systems & Processes Manager and one other Systems Administrator. The focus of the role is HR data management, firm-wide reporting, and the ongoing development of the firm's HRIS platform (Cascade).
- Managing day-to-day HR data and firm-wide reporting requirements
- Designing and building automated end-to-end workflows within the system
- Creating complex Excel reports and presenting data to stakeholders
- Supporting annual pay gap reporting and salary review processes
- Contributing to continuous improvement across the HR function
Minimum one year of HRIS or systems administration experience, ideally gained in a professional services or legal environment.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office 365.
Prior experience with HR information systems (Cascade experience a bonus).
