We are seeking an experienced Beat Keeper (minimum five years) to lead and develop a key beat across our estates near Helmsley in the North Yorkshire Moors. This is a rare, exciting and challenging opportunity to work on exceptional topography renowned for presenting world‑class pheasants and partridges.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the beat for gamekeeping across the estate.
• Manage day‑to‑day gamekeeping activities and coordinate with the team.
• Collaborate closely with estate managers to maintain the vision of the UK’s most exclusive and premier shoots.
• Maintain high standards of game management and best practice principles.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience as a Beat Keeper.
• Strong self‑motivation and commitment to excellence.
• Highly skilled in gamekeeping and wildlife management.
• Collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively with team and estate staff.
