We're looking for a creative mastermind to lead our visual identity across various content types including digital assets, video adverts, socials, printed/digital sales decks, and more.

From projects like the industry-renowned Roxhill Awards to translating complex product functionality into engaging, snappy videos, you will guide the overall brand design vision and be responsible for ensuring all teams, stakeholders and projects align with the brand identity and business goals.

Responsibilities will include

Invigorate the brand and establish a firm design identity for Roxhill wherever someone may encounter us

  • Bring consistency across all platforms, from email marketing and branded materials to the website and social platforms
  • Guide internal teams on best practice for brand consistency, creating templates that can be easily edited by colleagues
  • Create high-quality, engaging and accessible videos showcasing our functionality to promote our product to potential customers
  • Film and edit interviews with clients and staff for engaging case studies
  • Translate product shots into appealing visualisations to be used across product decks, website and emails
  • Help us refocus brand logos to work together whilst expressing each product’s unique qualities
  • Refresh the Roxhill Media Awards design for 2027
  • Manage the Roxhill Canva account, used by multiple teams across the business

What are we looking for?

  • A visual storyteller with a commercial mindset – you know a great visual identity is half the battle
  • Experienced in day-to-day management and consistent improvement of a company’s visual brand
  • Experience in translating Saa S products into engaging and appealing visual assets
  • Comfortable designing assets for use across all major formats like digital, video and print
  • Confident owning brand design across the business, guiding colleagues from a Social Media Assistant to the CEO
  • Experience with Canva, the Adobe suite and video editing tools (i. e. Premier Pro)
  • Experience with Figma is preferable
