The Team You’ll Join
You’ll work closely with our Head of Brand & Creative Lead to build ROXFIT’s marketing engine – shaping performance, storytelling, paid acquisition, social output, and everything in between. This role is hands‑on, fast‑moving, and perfect for someone who wants ownership and impact inside an early‑stage fitness brand.
Your role is to bring structure, insight, and performance thinking – making sure what we create is grounded in data, experiment‑led, and aligned with marketing objectives.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the marketing engine
- Build and manage the weekly and monthly marketing roadmap
- Transform strategy into actionable plans, briefs, calendars, and deliverables
- Improve operational efficiency, documentation, and systems
- Drive performance and paid marketing
- Set up, manage, and optimise Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, ASA/UAC, or similar
- Run experiments across copy, targeting, creative, landing pages, and bidding strategies
- Monitor CAC, ROAS, retention and other core metrics
- Troubleshoot attribution, tracking, and signal issues
- Report learnings to the wider team and for Head of Brand to report at board meetings
- Analyse top‑performing social content and paid creative
- Work closely with the Creative Lead to generate and refine concepts
- Lead the creation of briefs based on insights, audience behaviour, and data
- Scale winning creatives and kill under‑performers quickly
- Write on‑brand marketing copy across social, email, landing pages, app comms
- Schedule content and manage channel outputs
- Dig into analytics dashboards and produce actionable insights
- Feed user insights back into marketing strategy
- Surface opportunities for brand and growth
What You’ll Bring
- Strong experience in marketing roles
- Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads and/or Google Ads / YouTube / ASA / UAC
- Strong analytical mindset – comfortable with CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention, funnel data
- Experience using social analytics tools (native + 3rd party)
- Ability to turn insights into briefs, experiments, and creative concepts
- Organised, structured, resourceful thinker who thrives in fast‑paced teams
- Experience working inside internal marketing teams
- Able to problem‑solve, prioritise, and bring clarity to chaos
- Confident copywriter – short, sharp, on‑brand
- Comfortable being hands‑on while also thinking strategically
Bonus Points
- Background in fitness, sport, hybrid training or lifestyle brands
- Experience with AI/automation for creative or marketing ops
- Familiarity with Figma, Notion, Asana, or similar tools
- Experience scaling performance channels for an app or subscription business
