Roxel is an Anglo-French company that designs, develops and manufactures solid propellant rocket motors for tactical missiles. The role reports to the Chief Engineer within the Development team and scopes key aspects of new rocket motor development and production programmes to support customer enquiries.

The successful candidate will also develop cross‑functional tools, templates and systems of working for Roxel UK bid teams to deliver bids faster and more robustly.
