Roxel is an Anglo-French company that designs, develops, and manufactures solid propellant rocket motors for tactical missiles. Its operations span several sites in the UK and France, with an annual turnover of approximately £100M and over 700 staff.
We are currently seeking Process Operatives. Successful candidates will work in various areas of the business based on operational needs.
Duties
- Carry out daily activities according to plans and as directed by the Cell Leader or Cell Manager.
- Manufacture, assemble, and finish products following approved methods.
- Perform tasks in line with standards, procedures, and manuals, ensuring processes are followed.
- Maintain work stations and environment to be clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Report equipment and facility faults to Cell Supervision.
- Ensure personal training is up-to-date to perform required duties.
- Be flexible across skills and responsibilities as needed.
- Maintain S5 standards within the production cell.
- Notify the cell leader of issues with consumables, record keeping, and data accuracy daily.
- Participate in improvement projects as required.
- Attend meetings including planning, risk assessments, methods, and team briefs.
Requirements
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
- Mature, professional attitude with the ability to follow instructions.

Experience
- Experience in manufacturing industry is preferred; subject matter knowledge is beneficial.
