Roxel is seeking a focused Systems Engineer to establish, deploy and develop a requirements management and systems engineering process for solid rocket motor programmes. You will own ALM/requirements management systems, drive traceability from requirements to components, and guide engineers in adopting a shared systems engineering mindset.

The role requires a formal engineering degree and at least 3 years in an engineering team, with familiarity in V-Model concepts, and experience with major ALM.
