The predicted salary is between 14.97 - 14.97 £ per hour.

We are currently looking for an experienced Pastry Chef de Partie to join us and play a key part of the Kitchen team. This position is a permanent and full-time position, working a minimum of 40 hours a week. Availability to work evenings and weekends is essential. On-site staff accommodation is available for a subsidised rate in a purpose-built staff accommodation building.

Gratuities (tips) are an additional charge added onto services and are paid to all employees on a pro-rata basis regardless of your role. The amount is not guaranteed and is dependent on service charge paid.

In this role of Pastry Chef de Partie you will be responsible for producing high quality desserts, breads, petit fours and all other manner of pastries for the restaurant and hotel. This is a great opportunity to lead the pastry section of the Kitchen team and further your all-round culinary knowledge.
