What You\'ll Do
- Interview clients in person or by phone to understand their situation
- Use our information systems to explore options and help clients make informed decisions
- Assist with benefit claims and forms, and help clients contact relevant agencies
- Maintain accurate and confidential case records
- Flag social policy issues that need wider attention
- Stay up to date through training and development
Who We\'re Looking For

No previous advisor experience is needed — full training is provided.
Basic IT skills are helpful but not essential.
