About the Role
As a Sales Consultant at ROX and Reformer Collective, you’ll play a key role in shaping how new members experience our studios. Working closely with the Head of Sales, studio managers, and front‑of‑house teams, you’ll guide prospective clients from first enquiry through to confident, long‑term membership. This is a hands‑on, relationship‑led sales role involving regular phone and email follow‑ups, in‑studio consultations and walk‑in support. The role offers a varied working pattern, including some earlier mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends. It’s well suited to someone organised, personable, and confident managing their own sales pipeline within a fast‑paced, growth‑focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a high‑touch experience for all walk‑ins, trial guests and enquiries.
- Convert prospective members through in‑studio consultations, phone follow‑ups and CRM‑led outreach.
- Actively manage and progress your sales pipeline to meet weekly and monthly conversion targets.
- Take ownership of first‑time client journeys, ensuring timely, thoughtful follow‑up after trials.
- Confidently upsell and cross‑sell memberships, packages and class options where appropriate.
Member Engagement
- Build strong relationships with new members to support long‑term retention.
- Work closely with instructors, studio managers and front‑of‑house teams to ensure a seamless studio experience.
- Maintain a warm, welcoming presence that reflects the values and standards of both brands.
Lead Generation
- Support local lead generation through events, leafletting, pop‑ups and community activations.
- Assist with developing partnerships with local businesses and wellness brands.
- Contribute ideas for local campaigns that attract new audiences and strengthen our presence in Brighton & Hove.
Performance and Reporting
- Performance will be measured against clear weekly and monthly KPIs, including leads, appointments, tours and conversions.
- Take ownership of your follow‑up processes, CRM tracking and conversion rates.
- Participate in regular check‑ins focused on performance, insights and improvement.
- Work independently with accountability, supported by structured training, clear targets and defined processes.
You Bring
- A natural ability to connect with people and build rapport quickly.
- Strong emotional intelligence – you listen carefully and tailor your approach.
- Confidence communicating by phone, email and in person.
- A proactive, organised approach to managing multiple leads and conversations.
Preferred Experience
- Minimum 1 year in a client‑facing sales role, ideally within fitness, wellness, hospitality or lifestyle brands.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital lead tracking (desirable but not essential).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
What We Offer
- OTE of ÂŁ32,500.
- The opportunity to contribute to two growing, design‑led wellness brands.
- A supportive, high‑performing team environment.
- Career opportunities as the business continues to expand.
