This is a homebased role, with regular travel to customer sites, meetings and occasional internal collaboration. Being out with customers and seeing the market first-hand is a key part of the role. We’re on an exciting journey to grow and strengthen our foodservice and route-to-market channels, putting customer partnerships at the centre of everything we do. That’s why we’re looking for a National Account Manager to join our team, focused on QSR, Coffee, Licensed and Vending. This is a great opportunity to take real ownership of a diverse and fast-moving customer base, driving sustainable growth while shaping how we show up across these channels.

This role is all about building strong, commercially effective relationships across a mix of national and regional operators. You’ll work closely with customers to understand their needs, identify opportunities, and deliver solutions that work for both sides.

You’ll be:

  • Managing and developing key accounts across QSR, coffee chains, licensed outlets and vending operators
  • Leading on commercial negotiations, pricing and joint business planning
  • Driving both branded and customer-specific growth opportunities
  • Working cross-functionally with teams across marketing, category, supply chain and NPD to bring new ideas to market
  • Keeping a close eye on trends within foodservice and out-of-home channels to spot opportunities

It’s a varied role where you’ll balance strategic planning with day-to-day account management, with plenty of scope to influence outcomes.

We’re looking for someone with a strong commercial mindset and the confidence to build credible relationships across a broad customer base. You’ll likely have:

  • Experience in FMCG or foodservice account management, ideally across out-of-home or route-to-market channels
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • The ability to manage multiple customers and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach
