Pan Macmillan UK is seeking a Senior Editor to manage the lifecycle of fiction titles, focusing on developing IP for middle-grade and YA and steering publications for our First Ink imprint. You’ll collaborate with authors, agents and internal teams to maximize commercial potential and reader impact.
Based in London with hybrid working, you’ll oversee end-to-end production, review submissions, negotiate contracts and build a strong publishing network while championing diverse voices.
