Pan Macmillan UK is seeking an experienced editor for Picador’s non-fiction list.
You will guide books through the editorial cycle, acquire two to three non-fiction titles per year, and coordinate multiple projects to publication.
You will work closely with authors, agents, and internal teams, ensuring high standards and market-aware decisions.
You will develop strong relationships with authors, negotiates contracts, and maintain accurate bibliographic records in Biblio, while staying abrecribed
