You will shape the operational framework for publishing processes, reporting to the Business Process Director and collaborating with Publishers, Art Directors, Studio Manager and Sales Directors to optimize schedules and cross‑functional workflows.

You will map end-to-end processes, implement AI-enabled tracking, and develop fast-track schedules while enabling capacity planning.
