Pan Macmillan UK is seeking a Head of Sales to drive growth and commercial strategy across Asia and the Middle East.

You will manage international teams, build key customer partnerships, and coordinate distribution with Macmillan Distribution and US networks.

You will work closely with the MCB Sales Director on costings and forecasts, representing International Sales in Children’s publishing.
