You will be dealing directly with our growing customer base. The role of Retail Sales Consultant is highly varied and no two days are the same; from assisting and advising customers to find the most suitable products for their needs in store, updating pricing and promotions, managing stock, to delivering products to the customers' home, you will be involved in every aspect of making the customer experience a memorable one. The right attitude speaks louder still. We want you to sell with personality and pride so you'll be confident and engaging, excellent at communicating, and be passionate about our products. Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Participating in the day to day running of a busy retail shop.
  • Assisting and advising customers to find the most suitable product to meet their needs.
  • Carrying out assessments in customers' homes.
  • Accurately handling cash, cheques, and credit/debit cards.
  • Delivering products to customers' homes.
  • Be involved in stock control management.
