Looking for an experienced PPC Executive to work closely with the Paid Media Manager and the marketing team. We are a trailblazing, award-winning company in Blackburn. We are looking for a highly motivated and high-performing PPC Executive to join our fast-growing team. The successful candidate, working closely with the Paid Media Manager, will be responsible for managing and developing the company's pay per click and social media advertising campaigns, ensuring that they meet performance and revenue targets in line with the overall marketing plan and budget. You will be contributing towards shaping the expansion and future vision of the group.
What we'll need you to do:
- Perform day-to-day campaign optimisations across Paid Search & Social channels
- Manage bidding strategies and budgets in order to meet KPIs
- Test and implement ad copy, messaging and landing pages to optimise ROI
- Lead the build out processes for new campaigns
- Create data-led campaign recommendations and actionable insights that drive efficiency and/or growth
- Undertake ongoing and ad hoc research/analysis – Keyword, competitor and campaign
- Keep up to date with the latest developments and trends across PPC and Paid Media
- Support management with campaign forecasting and planning
- Develop and produce management reports
- Assist in developing new strategies to drive further CRO
- Build strong relationships working closely with key agencies and suppliers
- Work closely with the wider marketing team to align performance marketing KPIs with wider business and campaign objectives
- Promote cross-functional opportunities and ways of working that improve PPC results

- Are passionate about Google Ads and paid advertising
- Have at least 1 year of professional experience using Google/Microsoft PPC and Facebook ad platforms
- Have experience of planning, forecasting and budgeting
- Are used to creating reports in Excel, Google Sheets and Google Analytics
- Can demonstrate commercial awareness – understanding some of the internal and external trends
- Are good at both project management and time management
