Rowley Turton is looking for a highly organised IFA Administrator to join our friendly, professional team at our Leicester office. This is a key role supporting our directors and paraplanners and helping us deliver an exceptional service to our clients.
Salary and Working Arrangement
- Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 per year (depending on qualifications and experience)
- Working Arrangement: This is an office-based role with no remote or hybrid working.
- Location: Meridian Business Park, Leicester
Key Responsibilities
- Update fund holdings and unit prices on the IRESS Xplan back-office system
- Scan, upload, and diary-entry post into Xplan
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files and data
- Prepare standard letters and communications for clients and providers (telephone, post, and email)
- Obtain illustrations, valuations, and other policy information
- Process and track new business applications
- Manage diaries, including scheduling client reviews and director appointments
- Prepare and update client files in advance of annual reviews
- Liaise professionally with clients, providers, and internal team members
- Work within the firm’s compliance, regulatory, and corporate standards
- Assist with general office duties, including making tea, coffee, and refreshments for clients and colleagues as part of the team
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Minimum grade C GCSE Maths and English Language (or equivalent)
- Previous experience in a financial services administrative role
- Experience with IRESS Xplan is desirable
- Highly organised, methodical, disciplined, and detail-focused
- Able to prioritise workload and work on your own initiative
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent keyboard skills and accuracy
- Professional telephone manner and communication skills
