Rowles Recruitment is supporting a well-established, privately owned engineering and infrastructure business as they continue to strengthen their SHEQ function. With over 25 years of experience delivering projects across the UK, this is a business that operates with pace, accountability, and a strong focus on standards.
We are working closely with the business to identify a SHEQ Manager who can take ownership of safety, health, environment, and quality across multiple operational sites. The role involves:
- Comfortable working across both site and office environments
- Carrying out audits, inspections, and risk assessments
- Relevant qualifications such as NEBOSH / IOSH
- Experience across Quality as well as Health & Safety
- Regular site travel required
Pay range and compensation package:
- Competitive Salary DOE
- Annual car allowance
- 40-hour working week
- Monday to Friday (typically 9:00–5:00 or 8:30–4:30 depending on site requirements)
- Travel across projects as part of the role
- 25 days annual leave + 8
