Rowles Recruitment is supporting a well-established, privately owned engineering and infrastructure business as they continue to strengthen their SHEQ function. With over 25 years of experience delivering projects across the UK, this is a business that operates with pace, accountability, and a strong focus on standards.

We are working closely with the business to identify an SHEQ Manager who can take ownership of safety, health, environment, and quality across multiple operational sites. The role involves:

  • Comfortable working across both site and office environments
  • Carrying out audits, inspections and risk assessments
  • Relevant qualifications such as NEBOSH / IOSH
  • Experience across Quality as well as Health & Safety
  • Regular site travel required

Pay range and compensation package:

  • Competitive Salary DOE
  • Annual car allowance
  • 40-hour working week
  • Monday to Friday (typically 9:00–5:00 or 8:30–4:30 depending on site requirements)
  • Travel across projects as part of the role
  • 25 days annual leave + 8
