Our pharmacy is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join us as a Healthcare Partner. Total Working Hours: 40 hrs
Working Pattern: 9am till 6pm Monday to Friday, one hour unpaid lunch

Responsibilities:
- Participating in all branch processes
- Building positive relationships with customers, patients, and healthcare professionals
- Assisting in the delivery of pharmacy services
- Serving as an ambassador for Rowlands Pharmacy, representing the company and interacting with the community on a daily basis
Qualifications & Experience:
To be considered for this role, you must have an NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or an accredited equivalent course, as well as a Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) qualification. Evidence of qualifications held will be required for the successful candidate. Additionally, we are looking for candidates with:
- Experience working in a customer-focused environment
- A strong understanding of confidentiality
- The ability to handle medications accurately
