You’ll be confident communicating with a range of stakeholders, comfortable leading change, and naturally focused on finding practical solutions. You’ll bring a collaborative mindset, strong judgement and the ability to balance strategic thinking with day‑to‑day operational needs.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Acting as the link between Head Office and hospital outpatient pharmacy teams
- Turning strategy into clear, practical ways of working that make sense on the ground
- Driving consistent, efficient operating standards across OPD sites
- Supporting branch teams to embed best practice and improve day‑to‑day performance
- Ensuring communications to OPDs are clear, relevant and timely
- Listening to branch feedback and feeding insight back into central planning
- Working with HR, IT and Pharmacy Support to resolve operational challenges
- Contributing to projects that improve service delivery, compliance and patient outcomes

- 22 days (pro rata) annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing with length of service
- Medicash – a health cash plan to support everyday healthcare costs (e.g. eyecare, prescriptions)
- Trent Financial Wellbeing – an app to help manage and access your pay flexibly
- High street discounts and offers
- Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)
