- Manage a diverse team of colleagues and influence stakeholders to achieve service and performance targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant regulatory and legal requirements.
- Lead and manage depot initiatives, driving process improvements to meet financial and operational objectives.
- Facilitate effective communication across teams and departments, fostering involvement and commitment within the depot.
- Build and maintain strong interfaces with the broader Warehouse Team, PHOENIX supply chain, and commercial functions to support vision and value initiatives
Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Proven ability to lead and manage large teams effectively.
- Skilled in workload management to meet and exceed targets and KPIs.
- Experience in Lean Methodology/Six Sigma environments (preferred).
- Familiarity with working in highly regulated industries (advantageous).
- Capability to align team performance with business objectives and budgets.
