About the Role
Are you a passionate and dedicated pharmacy professional looking to lead a dynamic and forward‑thinking team? We are looking for a Candidate with an accuracy‑checking pharmacy technician qualification, or Level2 in pharmacy services, to join our community pharmacy as a Non‑Pharmacist Manager.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the pharmacy, managing the team and ensuring all necessary tasks are completed efficiently.
- Promote and deliver services within the team, providing an excellent customer experience.
- Implement new initiatives to drive business growth.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide a range of services in a busy community pharmacy setting.

- Proven track record in community pharmacy management.
- Commitment to staying up‑to‑date with industry trends and developments.

- Passion for providing outstanding patient care and healthcare in the local community.
- Accuracy‑checking pharmacy technician qualification or Level2 in pharmacy services considered.
Working Hours & Benefits
- Working hours: 37.5hours per week; pattern to be discussed at interview.
- Rate of pay: ROP plus £1.44 supplement.
- Location: Llangefni, 1High Street, Anglesey, LL777LT.
