Rowlands Pharmacy is hiring a Healthcare Partner to work at our Grant Street location in Inverness.
This role involves participating in all branch processes, building positive relationships with customers and healthcare professionals, and delivering pharmacy services while representing Rowlands in the community.
Working hours: 38 hours per week. Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30–5:30 and alternating Saturdays 9:00–1:00. Pay: £13.02 per hour + 1 relief supplement.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in all branch processes.
- Build positive relationships with customers, patients, and healthcare professionals.
- Assist in the delivery of pharmacy services.
- Represent Rowlands Pharmacy as an ambassador to the community.
Qualifications & Requirements
- NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or an accredited equivalent course.
- Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) qualification.
- Experience working in a customer‑focused environment.
- Strong understanding of confidentiality.
- Ability to handle medications accurately.
- Self‑motivated and proactive.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
- Previous customer service training (optional).
